How We Made This Segment

The accessibility of today's digital media also has its limitations. This reality leaves me to compose and highlight noisy/imperfect frames together; particularly as seen in the Moby video. From there, much of the frames are inspired by my favorite fashion photographers, old to new.

The interview of Moby was shot under bright yellow lights of the space, which was then color corrected towards the moodier blue hues. The dance floor scene was shot with the camera placed in an irregular angle from down below, roving-- Soul Train style. And the last scene was directed to capture the tension and mystery related to the night life of LA.
